My name is Kim and I am the owner and Nurse Injector at LeGrand Medical Aesthetics. I have been a part of this industry since 2011 after completing training in Aesthetics and then continuing my education to become a Registered Nurse.

Over the years I have gained valuable experience by working in different settings such as luxury day spas and medical spas & offices. Everything about the aesthetic realm interests me but my obsession is creating facial harmony by utilizing neuromodulators, dermal filler and PDO threads.

I specialize in tailoring treatment plans to get my patients optimal natural looking results. It’s truly amazing how minor tweaks here and there can enhance a person’s natural beauty and uniqueness and ultimately skyrocket their confidence! I have worked in medical aesthetics for 18 years, in West Des Moines, Kansas City, and Cedar Rapids. After taking a break from working in 2023 for medical reasons, I realized that this industry will always be my passion because seeing the trust and confidence that’s been built with clients over the years, is so meaningful. Taking the guilt-free TIME for me, led me to the right place. That is how TIME Aesthetics was born.

My goal is to have our relationship be long-lasting and of trust, education, and honesty. Always delivering natural results that leave you feeling empowered.

While the Des Moines area is what I consider “home” and will stay here during my shorter work weeks, I do live in Waterloo with my husband Jeremy and 2 cats Penny and Piper. We will be here full-time in 2027 after my husband retires.

I launched Sheen Skin Studio in February, 2023 and continue to grow my practice through results-driven treatments and skincare; specializing in the treatment of acne and acne scar revision.

I am a Face Reality certified Acne Specialist and pride myself on educating clients about this multifaceted, complex skin condition that is not only physical, but emotionally challenging.

Acne Bootcamp is my 90-day path to clear skin where we tackle all facets of acne with nutrition, in-office treatments, emotional support, lifestyle guidelines and a customized acne safe homecare routine. I believe in taking a whole health approach to skincare.

I offer wide range of treatments for ageing beautifully from customized facials and lash lifts, to medical-grade chemical peels and laser treatments. I am dedicated to providing my clients with the best possible results and take pride in staying up-to-date with the latest skincare education, technologies and treatments.

Morgan Halbur ARNP, owner of FloAesthetics, is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner with extensive training in aesthetics specializing in facial balancing, and patient-centered, natural, and harmonious aesthetic treatments.
